【Ingredients】	The chemical composition of this product is docetaxel, and the special solvent is a sterile aqueous solution of ethanol. Chemical name:[2aR-(2aα,4β,4aβ,6β,9α,(aR,βS),11α,12α,12aα,12bα)]-β-[[(1,1-dimethylethoxy)carbonyl) Amino]-α-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid [12b-acetoxy-12-benzoyloxy-2a,3,4,4a,5,6,9,10,11,12,12a,12b-dodecahydrogen] -4,6,11-trihydroxy-4a,8,13,13-tetramethyl-5-oxo-7,11-methylene-1H-cyclopentapenta-[3,4]benzo [1,2-b]oxabutan-9-yl]ester. Chemical Structure: Molecular formula：C43H53NO14 Molecular weight：807.89 Excipients: 20% citric acid solution and polysorbate 80.

【Indication】	1. Docetaxel is suitable for the treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer with failed prior chemotherapy. Unless it is a clinical contraindication, pre-treatment should include an anthracycline anticancer drug. 2. Docetaxel is suitable for the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with cisplatin-based chemotherapy failure.

【usage and dosage】	Docetaxel can only be used for intravenous drip. All patients must receive oral glucocorticoids, such as dexamethasone, before docetaxel infusion, 16 mg daily for at least 3 days to prevent allergic reactions and fluid retention before receiving docetaxel treatment. . The recommended dose for docetaxel is 70-75 mg/m2, which is administered intravenously for one hour every three weeks. Please refer to the manual for details.
